Data collected during the registration processs will not be shared with any other entities and will be used exclusively for conference purposes.

Refunds and cancellations
For cancellations made by September 19, 2015: we will refund 60% of the paid amount.
For cancellations made between September 20 and October 19, 2015: we will refund 30% of the paid amount.
No refund will be made for cancellations received after October 19, 2015.
All approved refunds will be processed and issued after the Symposium.
